Falling… with Style – 20gs – Complete first Helicarrier skydive
You will do a Helicarrier skydive at the start of Level 2. All you do is jump off and skydive down to Manhattan. If you somehow glitch out of it, simply start a new game on a different save file and it should unlock.

Stan-tastic – 30gs – Rescue Stan Lee from every peril (Single Player)
There are a total of 50 Stan Lee locations in both main levels, side levels and in the New York area.

Road Rage – 20gs – Destroy 100 vehicles in the Manhattan hub
Iron Man Mark 47 laser or the Hulk jump smash will destroy cars pretty quickly.

Billionaire Philanthropist – 40gs – Collect 1,000,000,000 studs (Single Player)

After the game is over you need to fly to the top of Stark Tower and enter in and complete the 3 sections.

It’s Me Time! – 20gs – Read a comic in Deadpool’s room on the Helicarrier

First you need to get all 10 minikits in a level. At the end of the level screen it will let you know that you have a new comic book unlocked. Head inside the Helicarrier and through left doorway in the main control room. Deadpool’s room is the first on the right. Head to the far right console and hit X. Then select a level you have all 10 minikits for and a small 2 page comic will load. The achievement / trophy will unlock immediately.

Ultimate True Believer – 20gs – Unlock all True Believers (Single Player)
This includes all 15 main missions and also all the bonus levels. You can see which you are missing by selecting a level start area on the main map. There are a total of 26 True Believers to unlock.

Don’t I Know You? – 20gs – Team up Captain America with Human Torch (Co-op)
Captain America is unlocked right in Level 1, Human Torch in Level 6. In New York simply go up to a change machine and make them both your active characters while you are playing two players (or at least with another controller).

It’s Clobberin’ Time! – 20gs – Defeat 100 enemies as the Thing
The Thing is unlocked in Level 9 as a Free character. During this very level you will come to a section where you meet back up with the Human Torch and you are supposed to switch to the Human Torch. Stay as The Thing, enemies continue to spawn until you switch making it easy to get this achievement / trophy right away. It will pop right as you get the 100th.

This Is fantastic! – 20gs – First time turning Mister Fantastic into a teapot
Playing as Mister Fantastic hold down B while standing around idle and he’ll turn himself into a teapot. Done.

Puny God – 20gs – Perform Hulk’s special move on Loki

Loki is not unlocked until the end of the game (Level 15). Then use a character selector to choose both as your Free Roam team. Controlling the Hulk walk up to Loki and press the X button until Hulk decides to perform a special attack.

Welcome to Level 7 – 20gs – Play as Agent Coulson

You get this for playing the Daily Bugle side mission. Agent Coulson is the main character.

Stan’s Soapbox – 20gs – Turn into Stan Hulk
You need to complete all 50 Stan Lee in Perils to unlock this.

Fastball Special – 20gs – Perform a special throwing move as Colossus on Wolverine

You need to unlock Colussus by fighting a (Silver, Gold, Smash – Mark 42 and then Hulk). Then buy Colossus for 150k. Then put both on the team and do a standard attack from Colussus (X) to Wolverine and the achievement / trophy will unlock.

Menace of Magneto – 20gs – Drive to the Baxter Building as Magneto in the Magneto Mobile

Magneto is unlocked for purchase for 150,000 studs after level 13. Then acquire the Magneto Mobile from the New York event at the X-Mansion. Requires 150,000 studs. Finally as Magneto call into the Magneto Mobile and drive to the Baxter Building in New York.

The Toast of Croydon – 20gs – Create a character called “Trevor” in the character customizer
Cosplay – 20gs – Create a custom character
On The Helicarrier (really opened up at the start of level 4) go inside the Helicarrier and through the door on the left. Go all the way to the end into the Intelligence Center. Go to the right of this room into the Medical Bay. The customizer is on the right. Enter it and go to the ABC to change the character’s name. Enter “Trevor” and switch menus and “The Toast of Croydon” will pop. A little after that “Cosplay” will also pop.

Avengers Assembled – 50gs – Collect all Avengers characters in the game (Single Player)

First you have to finish the game. Then you only need 3 figures to complete the set.
1) Maria Hill – 3 missions on the Helicarrier. Go Kart Race, Mini Helicarrier, Go Kart Race
2) Agent Coulsen – He is unlocked by completing the Daily Bugle side mission. Requires less than 20 Gold Bricks.
3) Iron Man (Mark 7) – He is unlocked for completing the Stark Tower side mission House Party. This is unlocked by finishing the game. You need to buy it for 150k studs.

You get Howard in the bonus Marvel HQ Level. You need to build the door out of Gold and then enter Marvel HQ. Finish the mission as Mister Fantastic and Spider-Man and you’ll unlock Vulture and Howard. Buy Howard for 25,000 and the achievement / trophy will unlock.

Bad Luck? – 20gs – Unlock Black Cat (Single Player)

Black Cat is right under the start of the Statue of Liberty level. You need Spider-Man to pull two hooks down and then 150,000 studs to pay for her and the achievement / trophy is yours.

Zoo Believer – 30gs – Unlock all animal-themed characters (Single Player)
Yeah. This is like a LOT of characters. It also seems to include costumes. So:
